Oiled Mallard

This mallard was brought to us on February 28, 2008. It was found with a coating of a yellowish oil substance on its feathers. As of March 1, the bird has had 6 baths in an effort to remove the substance. The bird is doing well and will be released once its waterproofing is restored.
